I am moving House – what should I do?
When logged in with an active account, please go to My Account dashboard and there is a "moving house?" option there. Just follow this and use the postcode checker there to see if we can deliver to your new address. If so please follow the easy procedure to set the date when we will transfer your deliveries to the new address. Please do this at least 24 hours in advance of your move date.
If we do not deliver to your new address location then on the date of your move please set your regular and other deliveries to zero and notify us by email of your desire to close your account. Our staff will be happy to do this after your final account balance has been cleared. Thank you for your valued custom, and Bon Voyage!
