I wish to make a complaint – how do I go about it?

First, we are very sorry that we have not met your expectations and that you wish to complain. This is not what we aim to do and we want to hear from you so we can become better and put right the problem that has arisen.

When logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link in Your Account to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.  

Conversely if you are delighted by the service and products do please let us know or 'like' us on Facebook or review us positively there.  It is great for our staff to know how much you value their efforts. Again use the "support ticket' or even write to us if you want to give a particular member of staff some praise.

During the Covid-19 period our staff are handling a large number of tickets and doing their best to respond to them all in a timely fashion but there may be some delays in doing so, so please bear with us.
