I wish to make a complaint – how do I go about it?
First, we are very sorry that we have not met your expectations and that you wish to complain. This is not what we aim to do and we want to hear from you so we can become better and put right the problem that has arisen.
Please use the My Help & Support link in Your Account to contact us using the 'support ticket' system there or phone the relevant depot with details of your complaint and they will pass it to the appropriate person at Creamline who will deal with it urgently.
Conversely if you are delighted by the service and products do please let us know or 'like' us on Facebook or review us positively there. It is great for our staff to know how much you value their efforts. Again use the "support ticket', phone or even write us if you want to give a particular member of staff some praise.
