Milk is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including calcium. Around 99% of the calcium in our bodies is stored in our bones, so getting enough of this mineral is key to keeping them healthy.

Protein is made up of building blocks called amino acids, and there are nine different amino acids we need to stay healthy - but the thing is that not all proteins have all these amino acids. The ones that do are called ‘complete’ proteins – and milk is one of them.
