Strawberry Ice-Cream Cooler

A perfect pick me up on a warm day, this ice-cream cooler is packed with fresh strawberries for a refreshing treat on the go. 

Method:

Ingredients

400g natural yoghurt

450g fresh strawberries - hulled and chopped

400ml condensed sweetened milk

250ml semi-skimmed milk

1 tsp vanilla paste

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Fill your ice cream machine unit to 2/3 full with mixture and make the ice cream following your ice cream maker directions or place all the ingredients into a large bowl and freeze the recipe for 2 to 4 hours while hand churning it every 20 minutes or so. To serve: remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
