How to set up a weekly grocery delivery with Creamline

How to set up a weekly grocery delivery with Creamline

Set up a grocery or milk delivery in Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire, Wirral or Warrington in just four simple steps.

It only takes five minutes to make your mornings easier. Milk already on the doorstep, along with your household essentials and ingredients for tonight's tea.

That's where a regular doorstep delivery can really make a difference to your routine – especially if you're juggling the school run, work commute and household chores.

At Creamline we deliver milk and everyday essentials to busy families across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Warrington and Wirral. Here's how to join your local milk round and take one thing off your daily to-do list…

How does a Creamline delivery work?

Creamline has been delivering to homes across the North West for over 80 years. We're a family-run service built on a simple idea: local milk and food, delivered to your door.

Our Daily Essentials shop has all your everyday staples  - milk, dairy, eggs, bread, juice, store cupboard items and household essentials.

We understand that you’ve already got enough on your plate without rushing out to the shops every five minutes, which is why our delivery service is set up to be as convenient as possible:

  • No minimum spend on milk and Daily Essentials
  • No contract – we're here as and when you need us
  • Free delivery on every single order
  • Flexibility to choose one-off or regular deliveries
  • Amend your milk and Daily Essentials orders up until 9pm the night before your delivery

How is a regular grocery delivery better than on-demand apps?

Many of us have used a grocery app to rescue a forgotten ingredient or stock up last minute. But for the things you need every week - milk, bread, eggs, the everyday bits that run out without warning - a scheduled delivery gives you that reliability.

With a regular delivery, you set it up once and that's it. Your order arrives on your chosen days, normally before 8am, without anything to chase.

If you do need to change anything on your Daily Essentials order, you can amend it until 9pm the night before your delivery day.

How do I register for a weekly grocery delivery with Creamline?

Getting started takes around five minutes, with just four steps from registration to delivery.

Step 1 - Check your postcode

Head to our website and enter your postcode. This confirms whether we deliver to your area and gets your account set up from the right starting point.

Step 2 - Create your account

Fill in your details to complete registration. Your order, delivery days and address are all saved so that every delivery after this one runs without you having to think about it.

Step 3 - Pick your shop

Browse Daily Essentials and just add the items you'd like to your order.

Step 4 - Choose your delivery days and frequency

You pick the type of delivery that suits your household - you can choose to have multiple deliveries a week, or just one. And if it varies week-to-week, you can adjust it as you need.  Available delivery days will vary depending on your area.

From there, your local depot will package up your order and send it on its way to your doorstep, hand delivered by your named roundsperson. Whether you go for a one-off or regular order, your payment for your milk and other items from our Daily Essentials range will then be taken that Sunday with your invoice.

That first morning when the milk is just there - no trip to the shop, no last-minute scramble – gets you set up to start your day the right way. Not only that, but you join a local community of families who are all doing their bit to keep traditional, local milk rounds going.
