How to manage your Creamline delivery over the August bank holiday
The August bank holiday weekend is nearly here, bringing the last few days of summer before we all get back into our term-time routines. Whether you’re heading away for a few days or just enjoying a relaxing day at home, here is everything you need to know about your Creamline delivery.
Will I still get my milk delivery over bank holiday?
In short, yes! Both Daily Essentials and Best of Local orders will be delivered over the bank holiday weekend, in line with your usual Creamline delivery days.
If we do need to make any changes to your order, we will contact you, as usual.
Going away for the weekend? Here’s how to pause your delivery
If you’re heading off and don't need your regular delivery this weekend, the easiest thing to do is pause your order while you are away. Log in to your Creamline account and make any changes before these times:
- Daily Essentials: amend or pause up to 9pm the night before your delivery day
- Best of Local: amend or pause up to 9pm two days before your delivery day, or by 9pm on Friday for a Monday delivery
Click on ‘Pause your Deliveries’ and enter the date of the first day you won’t receive an order (eg. Friday 28th August), and the last day you will not receive any orders (eg. Monday 31st August).
