How to pause your deliveries while on holiday this summer
Here’s how to pause your Creamline deliveries in just a few clicks by going to your online account and entering your dates.
Suitcases in the hall. Passports in exactly the right place. Suncream packed. There's a lot to think about before a family holiday, and making sure fresh milk isn't sitting on the doorstep while you're in Mallorca is the kind of thing that's easy to forget until the last minute.
The good news: pausing your Creamline deliveries is really simple to do.
How do I pause my Creamline deliveries?
Log in to your Creamline account and head to your Dashboard. Click on ‘Pause your Deliveries’ and enter the date of the first day you won’t receive an order, and the last day you will not receive any orders. That's it! Your Daily Essentials deliveries will be paused for that period.
And if your return day lines up with your delivery days, we can leave a fresh delivery for you in the morning for when you come back - so you don't have to face an empty fridge after a long journey.
What happens to my Best of Local orders when I pause?
Already got a Best of Local order coming? If it's already confirmed and paid for, please be aware that pausing your deliveries won't automatically cancel it. Get in touch with us before you travel and we'll sort it out for you.
Unconfirmed Best of Local orders that haven't yet been paid for will be cancelled by the pause automatically, so nothing to worry about there.
When do I need to pause my deliveries by?
- Daily Essentials: Amend or pause up to 9pm the night before your delivery day, in line with your usual Creamline delivery days
- Best of Local: Amend or pause up to 9pm two days before your delivery day, or by 9pm on a Friday for a Monday delivery
