Our Northern eCommerce Awards Shortlist
We’re proud to have been shortlisted for the Northern eCommerce Awards (NECAs), not once but twice - under the categories Food and Drink eCommerce Website of the Year and Delivery/Logistics Provider of the Year! We received the news earlier this week and there’s been a real buzz around Creamline HQ about it.
Everyone is delighted that our new Best of Local service has been recognised, as we think that our online delivery service for local butcher’s, baker’s and cheesemaker’s and deli produce is a fantastic idea – one that’s helping homes across Manchester and Cheshire to shop local.
More About the Awards
Operated by Don’t Panic Events and Prolific North, the awards are now entering their second year and are open to companies right across the North of England. They aim to recognise that the region is currently a hub for eCommerce growth and innovation.
The awards are sponsored by Manchester-based company UK Fast, whose CEO Lawrence Jones said: “There is an extraordinary amount of tech talent in the North. We are very proud of this fact and the Northern eCommerce Awards is an annual celebration of this that I am proud to be associated with it.”
The Ceremony
The award ceremony itself will be held on 11th October at the Manchester Cathedral. Judging will involve a rigorous two stage process where the pre-scoring used in the shortlisting will be studied, then judges will take part in a meeting to discuss and evaluate each entry.
There are a wide panel of judges taking part in the panel, you can find out more about them here. We can’t wait to attend and we’re keeping our fingers firmly crossed!
