Feeling the heat? Try these marvellous mocktails
The weather is hot news this week! With sunny skies and soaring temperatures across the UK, we thought we’d focus on keeping cool in this blog post. It’s more important than ever to keep hydrated in hot weather – experts recommend drinking at least 2 litres of fluid a day – so we’re looking at some delicious ways to get your daily intake!

Here are our top recipes:
· – all you need is half a cup of , 200ml of sparkling water, a splash of grenadine and vanilla syrup, and a sprig of ! Freezing the orange juice makes the mocktail extra-refreshing.
· – 50ml of , 20ml of elderflower cordial, 2 wedges and 5 leaves make this tasty treat! Fill a glass with ice, add the juice and the cordial. Squeeze in the lime wedges and add a couple of leaves, stir then remove, and garnish with the remaining mint leaves!
· – perfect for those who don’t have a huge sweet tooth! You’ll need 200ml of , honey, and pink . Peel and remove the pith and seeds from the grapefruit, then chop. Squash half the grapefruit, mint and honey, add ice cubes and shake! Then add the remaining ingredients, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
