Ingredients

Pizza base ingredients: Strong wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, blended pomace oil (olive pomace oil, rapeseed oil, anti-foaming agent: E900), fermented wheat sours, salt, yeast, preservative (calcium propionate).

Romana sauce ingredients: tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, mixed herbs (marjoram, thyme, parsley, basil, oregano), extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice.

Storage instructions
Sauce: Product should be stored in a cool dry place. Suitable for freezing. The product will defrost in 60 minutes at room temperature. Base: Product should be stored in a cool dry place. Suitable for freezing. The product will defrost in 20 minutes at room temperature.

Instructions for use
Sauce: For use as a pizza topping or a cooking sauce should the consumer desire. Product should be thoroughly reheated before consumption. Par baked pizza bases are intended to be used as a meal component. The product contains gluten at a level that makes it unsuitable for coeliacs or consumers sensitive to gluten. The consumer choice of toppings may also include foods identified as allergens in 89/2003 EC and for this reason care should be taken during the final preparation before baking. The completed pizza should be oven baked to ensure that the base is baked through.
