In these Terms and Conditions the term 'Creamline Dairies Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' or 'Creamline' or 'Creamline.co.uk' or the 'Company' refers to the owner of the website, Creamline Dairies Ltd, whose registered office is at Mellors Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1PB. Our company registration number is 396381 in England. Our VAT number is 145 6027 78. Our main contact telephone number is (0161) 873 0300. Our main contact email is [email protected].
The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The term ‘Convenience Store’ refers to our normal goods delivery service, billed weekly. The term ‘Fruit & Veg Store’ refers to the fruit & veg box ordering service that ran alongside the Convenience Store but was billed and paid for in advance of box delivery and the term 'Best of Local Store' refers to the Best of Local service, which is billed and paid for in advance of box delivery.

A1. Promotional Codes- September 2015
£5 Promotional Code Usage: Applies to Convenience Store Items Only
One code per household
£5 will be credited to your account on your fourth weekly order
Applies to non consecutive weeks.
Cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Applies to orders £10 and over – covering a week’s deliveries.
Code valid until 30th September 2015
Offer cannot be exchanged for product or cash.

A1.2 Terms and Conditions for FRESH code
*Spend £20 or more on fruit & veg orders (on 1 box or 2 boxes) and you’ll receive £10 off your next fruit & vegetable order when you enter code FRESH to the ‘My Account’ section.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer is not valid on convenience store products featured on the main Creamline.co.uk site and is valid for fruit and vegetable orders only.
Offer is valid from the 10th February and expires on the 26th March 2016.
Code can only be used once and is valid for existing and new www.creamline.co.uk/shop/fruit-and-veg customers. The redeem by date is the 23rd April 2016.
A2. Creamline Summer Promotion- July 2015
This competition closes at 11.59pm on 24th July 2015, with a winner being informed by the 31st July 2015
The prize is a £500 voucher for Mr & Mrs Smith. Creamline will post or email the winner’s voucher within two weeks of announcing the winner.

The prize has a 12 month redemption period
Entrants must be 18 years or over
One entry per household
Winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel insurance and correct visas where necessary.
The offer is open to all UK residents
We offer no cash alternative and the winner must accept the products in the form offered.
Judge’s decision is final.
A3. Creamline school fairs- October 2015
This offer ends at 11.59pm on 12th October 2015, with Creamline to deliver the school kits to participating schools by the 31st October 2015
One school code entry per household
In order to receive the £20 school donation the individual must be affiliated to the specified Didsbury schools – Beaver Road and Didsbury C of E primary school
Participating individuals must be/become active Creamline customers to be eligible for the school donation, taking delivery of Creamline product(s) for a minimum of four weeks.
A minimum spend of £10 per week applies, in order to qualify for the £20 donation.
Creamline school scheme is open to new and existing Creamline customers
We offer no cash alternative to the school donation and the school must accept the products in the form offered.
A4. Cream of the Community- January 2016
The closing date for Creamline's Cream of the Community award scheme is the 31st January 2016.
The winner of the award will be selected and informed by the 28th February 2016.
The offer is open to all residents within the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area, who fall within Creamline's delivery area.
Nominees and winners are responsible for ensuring they check Creamline's postcode checker, on Creamline's 'Get Started' box out to ensure they live within Creamline's delivery area.
Creamline offers no cash alternative and the winner must accept the prize in the form offered.
The winner of the Cream of the Community will receive a 13 week supply of Creamline's fruit & veg box, provided as a weekly £10 credit redeemable from Creamline.co.uk/fruitandveg
The 13 week period will run consecutively from the initial 'order' being placed.
The winner will also receive a £500 donation to their chosen charity.
The charity must have recognised charitable status in order to receive the donation.
The person who nominates the winner will receive a three month supply of Creamline's fruit & veg box.
Creamline's decision is final.
The selected individual would be required for a presentation photograph and to provide a comment for press.
A5. Breakfast Week Fry Up Competition- January 2016
The closing date for the Creamline Fry Up competition is Midday, Friday 29th January.
To be entered into the competition, entrants need to re-tweet the Creamline Twitter competition post and follow @CreamlineDairy before the above date and time.
The offer is open to all residents within the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area, who fall within Creamline's delivery area.
The winner of the competition prize will be selected and informed by the 1st February 2016 and the prize will be delivered that week.
Creamline offers no cash alternative and the winner must accept the prize in the form offered.
Creamline's decision is final.
A6. £5 off F&V box order- May 2016
Spend £10 or over on Fruit & Veg and you'll receive £5 off your Fruit & Vegetable order.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer is not valid on convenience store products featured on the main Creamline.co.uk site and is valid for Fruit and Vegetable orders only.
A7. Strawberry Promotion
To receive the Creamline strawberries & cream offer, a delivery date of between the 18th to 30th July must be requested.
The offer is available for multiple use, subject to availability.
This offer is available for existing and new Creamline customers.
The strawberries & cream offer must be purchased via Creamline's convenience store platform.
This offer will not apply to strawberries ordered via the fruit & veg platform.
Creamline reserves the right to withdraw or deactivate the promotion for any reason at any time.
The promotion may only be redeemed through the website Creamline.co.uk or a Creamline rounds man and not through any other website or method of communication.
A8. Cookery Class Competition
Competition closes on 10th November.
Winners must let Creamline know if they have any food intolerances or allergies.
This competition is open to all entrants in Creamline’s delivery radius, check your postcode to see if you are eligible at: http://www.creamline.co.uk/
Creamline reserves the right to withdraw or deactivate the competition for any reason at any time.
Winning cookery class to be taken on 25th November only.

A9. Mr & Mrs Smith summer 2016 competition
This competition is now closed, All entry forms must be submitted by 11.59pm on 31st August 2016, with a winner being informed by 9th September 2016.

A10. 50% off Fruit & Veg promotion
Spend £10 or more on Fruit & Veg and you'll receive 50% off your Creamline Fruit & Vegetable order.
New Creamline registrations after the 4th June 2016 will receive 50% off their first three fruit & vegetable boxes, when they enter the promotion code.
Existing customers will receive 50% off their next three fruit & vegetable boxes, after the 6th June 2016, when they enter the promotion code.
The offer is limited to one use per account holder or household.
There is a maximum £25 discount on any one box ordered.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer for fruit and vegetables. Codes entered after a fruit and veg order has passed its final confirmation and payment will be applied to the next available order.
This offer is not valid on convenience store products featured on the main Creamline.co.uk site and is valid for fruit and vegetable orders in the fruit and veg section of the Creamline.co.uk website.
This offer is valid for existing and new Creamline fruit and veg customers.
Creamline reserves the right to withdraw or deactivate the promotion for any reason at any time or to suspend deliveries or any account or delivery location on the bases outlined in its terms and conditions generally.

A11. Chorlton Makers Market Competition
The closing date for the Chorlton Makers Market competition is 21st January 2017
The competition is open to all residents within the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area, who fall within Creamline's delivery area. Check your postcode to see if you are eligible at: http://www.creamline.co.uk/
The winner of the competition prize will be selected and informed by the 1st February 2017 and the prizes of 4 fruit & veg boxes will be delivered on 4 consecutive weeks, during that month.
The fruit & veg box will consist of produce worth the value of £10

A12. #EasterWithCreamline Competition- April 2017
The closing date for the Easter with Creamline competition is midnight, on Wednesday 12th April 2017
To be entered into the competition, entrants need to re-tweet the Creamline Twitter competition post and follow @CreamlineDairy before the above date and time, or if entering on Facebook or Instagram they need to follow and like the Creamline competition post.
The offer is open to all residents within the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area, who fall within Creamline's delivery area.
The winner of the competition prize will be selected and informed by 9am on Thursday 13th April and the prize will be delivered by/on Good Friday (14th April 2017)

A15. Terms and conditions for Easter 20% off code.
20% OFF Creamline’s Best of Local Easter range.
Spend £5 or more on Best of Local produce and you'll receive 20% off your Easter range order.
Offer is open to new and current customers when they enter the promotion code EASTER
The offer is limited to one per residence or account.
There is a maximum £25 discount on any one box ordered, so the offer is valid on orders (pre-discount) of up to £50. On orders over £50 (pre-discount) the £50% discount will be applied up to the £50 mark. So, for example orders of £55 (pre-discount) will be charged at £30 (£25 + £5).
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any previous or concurrent offer.
This offer is not valid on Daily Essential products featured on the main Creamline.co.uk site and is only valid for products within the Best of Local Easter section of the Creamline.co.uk website.
